The Roseraie is still at the forefront of its time
1972: First oil shock, André Bouvier decides to install 17 solar panels on the hotel's roof to produce hot water until 2005.
2003: Obtaining the Accueil brand of the Vercors Regional Natural Park, committing the hotel for the first time to an ecological and sustainable development approach.
2004: Collection and sorting of waste in hotels and restaurants: sorting of paper, glass, cardboard and packaging and installation of a composter for organic waste.
2005: Insulation of the entire building, double roof, exterior walls, double glazing, new double combustion boiler.
2009: change of Incandescent bulbs for the use of electricity saving lights, low voltage and LEDs.
2010: Enhancement of the restaurant's products by setting up the use of the local organic and sustainable short circuit in the Vercors.
2014: Change of all disinfectant cleaning products and switch to organic products for cooking and bedrooms.
2017: Connection of heating and hot water production systems to the wood and heat network of the city of Villard de Lans, thus reducing our carbon footprint on the environment.
